This cookbook is a 'Must Have' for cooks of all abilities! It has all types of recipes, from quick fixes to gourmet meals. All recipes have easy to follow directions and the necessary ingredients are probably already in your cabinet. My family and my friends love it when I cook from this cookbook. In addition, it makes a wonderful wedding gift--it ships without breaking!!! Great Recipes and Great Artistry!!!

Inspiring for the cook as well as collector!

The recipes in this book taste wonderful, are easy to prepare, and offer a wide variety. It will inspire you to cook! Historical vignettes are woven throughout, making it fun to just sit down and read as well. This book is beautiful and would make a great addition to any Junior League collection.

    Great Oklahoma Recipes

One of the best Junior League cookbooks out there; I was very impressed by the informative charts in the book; Beyond Salt and Pepper is a great seasoning chart! Loved the artwork in the book also; beautiful enough to put on your coffe table for guests to look at! Lots of must try recipes!
