The Library is Furious With Me...
...because this book is four weeks overdue! <P> A friend turned me on to the Cooking Light magazine (thanks, Mowgli) and every dish I've tried has turned out fantastic. When I found the 2000 Recipe Book on the shelf in my local library, I snapped it right up and haven't taken it back in eight weeks. The recipes are very easy to follow and turn anyone into a low-fat cooking genius (my favorites are Jilted Eggs, Instant Black Bean Soup and Tuna Melts). <P> The recipes are very 'middle-of-the-road', and you're always free to add as much -- or as little -- spice as you need. <P> My fiance is thrilled that I've been able to cut so much fat out of our diets... maybe now we'll be able to fit into our 'weddin' clothes' come October.
