    I was very upset when I got to reading some of these recipes. T

    I was very upset when I got to reading some of these recipes. The name of the book is wrong it should not be recipes for one. This book had very few recipes for one and even had recipes for six and eight. So if your really wanting a recipe book that can help you create one person meals don't use this one!
