Best introductory cookbook ever
Published thirty years ago, a brilliant book for the young adult seeking to set up his/her own kitchen and do more than just pick out recipes from the Joy of Cooking. From how to set up the kitchen, to basic but elegant options for every course, to planning dinner for two or dinner for four or brunch for friends.
