    A reviewer

    New to convection oven roasting, I needed some guidance. The 'Roast rib eye of beef with garlic and thyme' was easy to prepare and cook and created a melt-in-your-mouth beef even though I used a chuck roast rather than the rib eye. I'm anxious to try more of the tasty looking recipes in this book! The book is all inclusive with pizza, pasta, beef, lamb, pork as well as poultry, fish, veggies and breads, cookies and desserts.

    I recently purchased a convection oven and it came with no information on what food cooks well in it or how to use it other than to reset my temperatures by 25 degrees. Very useful as a initial guide and all the recipes i tried worked well!

    The Convection Oven Manual

    We recently upgraded to a convection oven after using a small wall oven for many years. We hoped to get some information on how to use the convection feature with the oven and were disappointed. Then we found this book and it opened a new chapter (no pun intended) of our convection cooking. We haven't looked back and are enjoying the wonderful meals and baking that this book has helped us prepare. This book is a must for anyone with a convection oven.

    poor format for Nook

    Finally a Cookbook on How to Use Convection!

    Worth every penny! When I got my oven it didn't come with the user manual. I tried the convection & it did not go to the temp I entered. So I thought it was limited to 350 degrees. I was frustrated & thought why bother. I since then found the manual online. Then after reading this book I looked at my manual. My oven can go to 550 conv bake! I tried my oven by entering 425 and it came back at 400! Lightbulb came on, I now know I have to enter 25 degrees above whatever convection temp I want. I have a Nook Color and the charts are not cut off. This is a great one of a kind cook book. Get it if you have a convection oven. Can't wait to do a pizza and a beef roast and cookies. Oh boy, I am going to have fun!
