Waste of time!!
This book is a waste of paper... and time. The author gives some good information about social anxiety, but nothing that you couldn't find on any website. What I didn't like about it was how he would have entire chapters on things like 'Other things it could be' 'instead of SA'. The author suggests that maybe you could have autism, not SA. UMMM I'm pretty sure I don't have autism, thanks! Also I didn't like the way he wrote the book... it was almost like he was talking down to me, and like he's a know-it-all psychologist. Don't bother reading this book.

This subject has always interested me.This book is very informative and easy to understand. While I am no expert in this subject, I think it is pretty accurate and helpful. The author explains all the varying treatments and includes patients stories. Reading about others in the same position is always good especially reading how treatment has changed thier lives for the better. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
