    Getting the real story

The current world of terrorism has for over ten years been the top story of the daily news. But how much do we know of what the hell is going on?
Investigative reporters Eric Schmitt & Thom Shanker have now written the definitive book on the campaign against Al Queda in Counter Strike.
This tale takes you behind the scenes into the covert world of our nation's defense strategy. Written in a fast pace dialogue you get a sense of the transition from cold war tactics toward the new strategy to fight terrorism. This game changer did shift the world as we know it, but so far it has keep America soil safe.
The book starts in the end with the killing Osama bin Laden and traces back to the September 11 attack.
Counter Strike is the ideal book to learn the truth about the United States World on Terror.

Interesting. Does it have facts to back it up?

I find this book fascinating and a good read. I do wonder about the data that backs up the author's assertions. There are some facts to back up some of the points made but, to my way of thinking, not nearly enough. I would read it, nevertheless, as i have but with a bit of wariness.
