Don't Waste Your Time or Money
Cowboy Mafia is the worst written of any book I've ever read. The author, if you want to call him one, just rambles and repeats himself. I could hardly wait to put the book down. After the tediuos read it was obvious I had been duped. It sounds like it would make a great book if someone that knew the real story would only write it.

GREAT BOOK
This is a great story.These cowboys were courageous to go 18-days at sea to Columbia and back.I tremendously enjoyed this book. I could'nt put it down once i started reading.Fascinating.

Is there an editor in the house???
I am trying to get through this very interesting story, but the author is not making it easy. This could have been an excellent read if Graham had been responsible to the art of book writing and hired an editor to help make the book readable. Come on Graham, if you're going to write something you want people to read then don't make it so painful to get through. I mean it is AGONIZING to plow through page after page of spelling errors, punctuation mistakes, missuse of grammar, confusing plots and dialogs that go nowhere because you can't follow his train of thought. I'd like to know why Graham did this. It's like he wants to tell his story but no one can understand what language he's using. I could go on forever about this because it is amazing that anyone would publish a book that is so lacking in skill and literacy.

Poor Writing - Great True Story
Knowing the legend of Cutter Bill, Rex Cauble, and the others - I found the story interesting. What I didn't enjoy was the poor writing - from spelling errors to inconsistencies in format. Often, I would just put the book down due to these blunders. If you can get past the writing, the story is great.

Movie stuff here!
Tremendous true story.Ken Lay,Andrew Fastow, Skilling,Bernie Ebbers,Scott Sullivan..these are the cats that should be subjected to (RICO).Rex Cauble was an innocent man who happened to have vast attachable assets.Cauble certainly didn't step on so many loyal employees as these so-called corporate execs did.Well written and entertaining start to finish. Amateurish, bland true crime book
Graham's inside look at the drug empire he was a part of (though he maintains his innocence) is, at best, a lesson in the bad things that can happen when a mediocre writer with even worse storytelling skills discovers that he can self-publish a book without the benefit of an editor. There are so many inconsistencies in spelling and grammar that it seems he pecked this book out one boring Saturday afternoon, popped it into an envelope, and Fedexed it to the local vanity press without ever once reading over it or having someone proofread it for him. As for the story, he paints the Texas millionaire Rex Cauble as an innocent bystander, unaware of the under-the-table type things going on around him, when it's obvious to anyone familiar with the true story (or, for that matter, anyone who's smart enough to read beyond the printed word of Graham's effort and see what was really going on) that Cauble was not complacent while his property was used to run drugs. Graham's book--a rose-colored look at big Texas crime--is a poor effort in both the technical and the creative aspects of writing. Do not waste your time or money on this drivel.

GREATES' CRIME STORY I HAVE READ IN A LONG TIME
THIS IS WHAT HAPPENS TO ALOT OF PEOPLE WITH ALOT OF MONEY IN ALOT OF CASES. THIS WOULD MAKE A GREAT MOVIE!!!!!!!!!!
