    We found our real competitive advantage!

    Practical hands on answers to what you need to be saying about your business. I found that we were saying all the wrong things. We had great competitive advantages but never sold them! Great book!

    Wow, what an eye opener

    Of the many business books I have read, this is the first and only one that gets to the root of the problem of competitive advantage. We all thought we knew it and had it until you read this book. I have told many people including my entire office staff to read this very enlightening book. The vast experience of the author is clear and the bottom line approach she takes to the difficulites of our competition gives one a whole new perspective than what we originally had. I highly recommend this book to everyone who has read the others on the market There is just no competition here.

    This book changed my approach to business

    I just read Creating Competitive Advantage by Jaynie Smith. Wow! Powerful information! I thought that my company had clearly defined competitive advantages. The message from this well written book helping you define your competitive advantages in metrics showed me that I have to quantify and spell out truly differentiating claims over my competition. Thank you Jaynie. Buying your book was the best investment in marketing I have ever made. I can¿t wait to read the sequel.

    A Must For All Businesses

    In a straight-forward, easy to read style, Smith highlights what every businessman should know -- but few do. The book points out that it's not enough to be better than your competition, what's important is that you must identify and leverage your competitive advantage to its fullest. And here's where Smith stands out. She gives the tools for any business to set it apart from its competition, presented simply but effectively. This is a MUST read book for any serious businessman who wants to succeed.

    easy to read, relevant and witty examples, strong message for everyone whether you are a business owner, executive, or individual who wants to make a strong statement about why you should be hired, promoted, or selected.
