    Excellent guide for the Team

    This book will help you develop a smart team that identifies and nurtures rainmakers. In my judgement, the greatest value is helping the entire firm understand what the rainmaker is doing and why, how they can help make those efforts more successful. Used as a foundation for a firm training program, it is useful, but it moves too slow to expect everyone to read it themselves. Although it has excellent content, it is quite academic and theoretical, rather than practical. An excellent value for the price.
