The recipes do not have nutritional information, but I found the recipes to be very good and simple. I also follow WW and I have been able to calculate for the program. It includes recipes I have not seen in other slow cooker cookbooks. My favorite is for Carmelized Onions, which I use in a lot of different recipes.Was this review helpful?
