If you love Italian cooking, you must add this to your repertoire and be reminded of the authentic cusisine of a rich culture. In this era of quick cooks and 5 ingredients or less, this book is a refreshing return to food,wine and the regional traditions behind them. Trabocchi's passion and conversational tone make this book as much of a pleasure to read as to cook from.
