This is a unique and fun french reader written in blog format. It contains short, personal narratives in French and English so you can use them to improve your language skills. What makes them fun is that they're about things that happen to normal people told in a normal and often conversational manner so you can experience french as it's commonly spoken. While it's short and really just an introduction to her blog and other offerings, it's an excellent introduction to a perfectly new way to improve your french language skills. Be aware, the title, pretty much says it all. You would use this to ¿cultivate¿ your french. It's not a tutorial, dictionary or step-by-step french reader.

How can a reviewer both say that s/he doesn't know what the prod

How can a reviewer both say that s/he doesn't know what the product is and then give it a 2 star? And others find this helpful?
Actually this product is a collection of useful anecdotes, stories and conversations in real (Parisian) French along with a translation in English. Very useful for being able to follow conversations in French if you're going there. And maybe for saying something too! Hard to find another way other than by listening to movie sound tracks. This is cool.

    A very useful tool!!!

It's been a few years since I formally studied French, yet I found this e-book to be quite useful. I would work my way through each story and then use the English translation to see how closely I came to comprehending the text, which I must say I did very well though not perfectly. This book could also serve as a nifty vocabulary builder or as a practice text for those who are stronger at reading and writing, but need to develop more confidence in speaking.
