This series is a step up from Magic tree house and is almost level with Haddax's Missing series. All are about children using time travel to solve some of the problems in history. This one specifically looks at the creation and destruction of the Mayan culture, and their greatest legacy the Mayan Codex. Our three adventures are traveling through history trying to solve the mysteries to save a future world from Cataclysm, They are brave souls who are trying to correct the past to save the future. This book is a great middle stage book, for those entering Middle school years 5-6th grade, the characters are about their ages and the events are comprehensible to them. The series also focuses on historical times and places and helps the children understand those cultures, and that history has rewritten the story to fit the interpretation of the conquers. It may help teach children that history is a biased story and that they need to look closer to find the real story.

    To below

The Mods & Admins @ 39 Clues are too busy updating our MB and creating new Unstoppable missions (and fixing them) and planning out the new books. The original series requires the most work and is the funniest to hang out on. So, yeah.
