    Too much of a Young thing!

    Half of the songs on this CD are from Neil Young's studio CD, Living With War. That is an enormous mistake. As 4 Way Street, CSNY's other live album was mainly timeless, Deja Vu Live, is annoyingly dated. Moreover the performances are ragged, even compared to their recent solo albums. And the crowd noise fades in and out between many of the tracks, which makes this one sound like anything but a cohesive show. Finally, for the life of me I can't understand why the Living With War theme appears three full times during the album. I despair at what might have been used in place of this tune in the allowable recording time. Skip this CD unless you are an ultra fan.
