Not for Short People
Many of the moves needed to complete this workout do not take shorter people into account. I'm 5'2" and too low to the floor for most exercises done in the plank position, which are a good chunk of the exercises. I end up with knees or elbows brushing the floor with hips out of alignment--a good way to get hurt. The sole exception is the last workout: Sexy, Sporty Abs. It lacks the plank position. However, for taller people this DVD should work.
