The Complex Bobby
This is an excellent video based on the life of Robert F. Kennedy. What it does well is that it is quick, concise, tells us the real character of RFK without droning on about how great or terrible he was, just focusing on his humanity. RFK in the beginning comes off as rough and mean Inquisitor of Hoffa, but then turns around to speak against the Vietnam war, for minorities from black Native Americans, Appalachian white and Chicanos. And helping Cesar Chavez, all while risking his political capitol. What caused this historic transformation? It is the focus of the movie and the focus of RFK as a man from his early days trying to pin something on Hoffa and working for McCarthy to being the "last great liberal." That was his brother's death.
