    A very valuable lesson...

I was impressed, that after all these years, I really knew so little about the Halocaust. Auschwitz was just the biggest camp, there were many more. This film will tell you more than just Auschwitz. It will tell you first hand from victims themselves. This was aired through the PBS television miniseries, so its about 10 hours long.It was so hard to tune in on the different dates that I purchased it! Its the kind of film that should be shown to school children grades 7 thru 10, maybe more than once. It will show you the real cowards of that time, and it will show you the real heroes of that time.

Must see for History buffs of the WWII Era

This is a MUST SEE! I could do little yesterday but watch the entire series through. Interviews with current survivors are tragic in some cases and just the fact that they did survive is a miracle. You see Auschwitz as it looks today and historical pictures fill in the rest. I found information not prevously known about the place and the people involved. This set will remain permanently in my archives.
