    Buy all seasons

    To start with, I am a 23 year old female. I love this show. It is sweet and funny. There are strong female leads which is great to see in a kids show. Characters are flawed and multilayered; they change over the seasons. This helps us connect ourselves to them and the characters to each other. Parallel journy's deepen the plot. The idea of balance is an important and clear message provided by this show.
    Not to mention the idea of bending the four elements is sick, and the fight scenes are really good. Each element has its own fight style to it so they didn't do things half way.

    AWESOME SERIES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    THIS IS THE BEST SERIES ON TV IN THE WHOLE WORLD.... u better believe it...if u don't think so...that's CRAZY!!!! i maybe a GIRL but this is my fav. show EVER!!!!!!! i recommend this for all ages...

    A wonderful show for ALL ages!

    I watched this show from beginning to end, and I loved every minute of it. From the beginning of book 1 to the end of book 3, this show is great for all ages. My friends and I all enjoy it, and we are all in high school! My grandpa even liked it. The thing about Avatar is, you almost forget it's a cartoon because the story is so phenomenal, the music is fantastic, and is very rich in Asian culture. Being a martial arts student, I love to watch all the different styles represented. A DEFINITE MUST-SEE!!!

    The must see cartoon series!

    If you enjoy cartoons at all give Avatar a chance. This show is compelling, exciting, thrilling, emotional and pleasurable. Avatar is one of those shows that you can watch hundreds of times over and never seem to get bored.

    Coolest Show EVER!!!

    I love avatar. It is truly one of the best shows today. I am a teenager and not alot of shows out here that interest me, but avatar always keeps me interested. I recommend it to anyone, even adults.

    Avatar: The Last Airbender is wonderful for everyone!!!!

    I've owned the DVD boxset for about 2-3 weeks now. I've watched it everyday since I've purchased it. You can tell that this is a very well written cartoon, and probably the only one parents and kids alike can enjoy. Where most cartoons are a disappointment this one is not. The only thing that I wish the boxset had was more commentary. It's interesting to see the thought that goes into creating this wonderful animation. This boxset is worth having.

    The benders of the world

    The Avartar is the best anime ever!!!! It is something I love to watch with my children. Ever story has some kind of learning experience. Everything is shown positively, even in a negative world.

    Avatar is AWESOME!!!!

    This is the best show in the world! Everything about it screams 10-year-old boy! I'm crazy about it! Everytime its on I dive over people to get to the remote to turn it to Nickelodeon! Sometimes my sister gets in the way however but with Barnes and Noble...I don't have to worry about her making me miss the episode! I can buy it for the lowest price ever! Thanks guys!

    The shows good, the DVD is a bit disapointing

    While the show is very good, one of the best animated shows on US TV, and one of few adults can enjoy too, I was a bit surprised that there is no 16:9 aspect version for DVD. A show that has this much writing and planing involved, with this long a story arc deserved a better preservation. With the industry standards moving to 16:9 for television they really missed the opportunity here. If you have a widescreen set, I recomend you look at Star Wars: Clone Wars for a unique example of how involving this sort of animation can be on a big screen.

    All thumbs up

    I love this tv series. It is a great show for kids and families. I would recomend it to anyone. Action, adventure, and a little drama mixed in just for fun, BUY IT
