The DVD includes a 20 min. cardio session, 20 minute sculpting section with weights, a 5 min. warm-up and 5 min. cooldown. The Menu lets you choose each section separately or choose combinations. In the sculpting section you'll work upper body and lower body at the same time with some very effective exercises. There's about 15 min. of upper/lower body and about 5 min. of abs. I can't comment on the cardio because I only do the warm-up+strength+stretch. Denise's cuing isn't the greatest but the workout is easy to follow.
