Once again, Denise has come through with an amazing workout.
I have been a fan of Denise Austin for years.I started years ago with her "non-Aerobic Trim & Tone workout".I was dianosed with a muscle disease and told to find a toning workout to maintain the use of my muscles "hence the term use them or lose them". Everyone in my family, my two sons and their friends knew when I popped the video in time to clear out! But sometimes they just watched. Didn't bother me when I received the comments at 5a.m. in the morning "what are you doing" from a blob in a sleeping bag on our t.v. room floor. Denise has brought many laughs, fun, and benefits to my health and has done it once again with Hit the Spot Pilates. She has helped me maintain my body strength for years.I have listened to her for that amount of time, and her voice is not annoying at all.She simply is giving instructions and reminding what muscles to tighten, use, etc. and anyone that does exercising should realize they can do a whole workout without any benefits if they don't hear the little reminders. I listen all the time and really enjoy the pilates on a daily schedule. I needed exercises to tone my quads and went right to Denise Austin videos to find help. Her pilate DVD is the best and I recommend her ALL the time. She has continually provided for me a workout suited for my needs.My suggestion to anyone that doesn't care for her caring voice: Maybe you don't want to exercise and need to find a reason not to take the time so a convenient way to not exercise is to find the easiest escape.
