Pilates Weight Loss
It is a good workout for a beginner who wants to try some pilates. She starts out with lots of standing stretches and then moves to the mat. Sometimes I just do the standing part of the workout if I am pressed for time and just want to stretch. The instructor is easy to follow and the scenery is pleasant to look at.
