    A Complete Waste of Time...

Harry Potter is the largest fools amoung fools. After reading the books you might think that he would stop going to Hogwarts, because every time he goes his life is in danger. The movie itself was a complete waste of talents, at least on the filmmaker's part. The only actor I feel sorry for is Alan Rickman, who did an awesome job in Die Hard. The film itself is either horribly rushed or takes too long to get through a scene. The special effects were better in Jason and the Argonauts and the acting was as bad as Anakin in Episode I of Star Wars. Even John Williams's score could not save this film and is possibly one of his weakest yet. You can tell that he did not put too much time into it. Chris Colombus's direction is sloppy and the film just has no point but to waste two and a half hours.

    Cuts

I was expecting alot more of Quidditch and over all I think they cut out too much. Did anyone else realize that the only people who liked the movie are people who didn't read the book or other people that dont realize what they are missing when the director cuts this much out of Harry Potter and the Sorcerors Stone.
