A must read mystery that will keep you on your feet !

Julie and her three friends, Helen, Ray, and Barry, were on their way home from a party one night and they see a dark figure moving in the road. They quickly think nothing of it and keep driving. Soon enough, they hit something, but they couldn't see anything through the fog. As they got out of the car, they spotted a dead little boy lying on the side of the road. Each one of them promised to keep it a secret and never to bring it up, so they hid the corpse away from the side of the rode and drove away. Throughout the rest of the book strange things have been happening to they four friends and Julie is trying to figure out who ishunting them down. They received creepy letters, death threats, and even in person meetings. Barry and Helen get killed in the long run of everything and Julie and Ray are left to fend for themselves. The more the two try to investigate, the more dangerous it gets fro them. Julie has need guilty about the whole thing since they day it happened, so she came home because she just couldnt concentrate on school. Unlike the others, who were successful and went on with their lives. They were the ones who were targeted first. I think the book was very interesting in some ways and kind of confusing in other ways. I loved all the mystery, but it was sort of creepy. If you are not a big fan of scary stuff I would not recommend this book. THe end of the book left you at a mystery. I hope they make another one !

    A reviewer

While watching this movie, it is quite obvious that the plot has been used before (Prom Night, etc.), but...doesn't every movie derive from another movie? Also, they threw in a fisherman with a giant hook, so give them some props. The plot was good, especially for a teen-slasher flick. The acting and dialogue was fantastic, along with the scenery. Oh, and of course, Sarah Michelle Gellar was looking great...as usual =). If you have yet to see this movie, and you're in the mood for a good slasher...I highly suggest you buy this, or at least rent it. Great movie!
