Jason X is the worst out of the series!

This movie really disappointed me for many reason because who would think of putting Jason in space, the storyline was dumb, and it didn't scary me.

One of the worst sequels...ever to be filmed.

I'm not a 'die hard' fan of any film. I think people like that are weird. Anyone who worships a film series is just not right. But I have seen every 'Friday' film. I think some are good, and some are awful. The good ones would have to be part 1, 4, 6, 7, and that's about it. I am counting 'Freddy vs. Jason' in this, just so you know. The most awful are 3, 5, 9, and 10. The fifth takes the grand przie though. That film was one of the most pointless films...it just makes me bad to talk about it. But when 'Jason X' came along, I was sort of excited. I hadn't been old enough to know anything about 'Jason Goes To Hell', so when 'X' was released, I wanted to see it. I didn't get to make it to the theater though. No where around where I live was it showing. Smart people. The theaters around me knew not to waste their time. But when it was released on DVD, I bought it. And I watched it. And I hated it. The worst thing in the film is the acting. No one can act...period. Everyone was trying to be funny or sexy, and they just looked like a few retarded Star Trek chracters. The next worst thing was the score. The music should have been in the comedy 'Scary Movie', not a movie that is trying to be scary. The score was so 70s. I hated almost everything about this movie. The only reason ANYONE should EVER buy the DVD is to watch the feature 'The Many Lives of Jason'. It is really informative and talks about every film. Otherwise, don't waste your time even thinking about this film. To me, it doesn't exisit in this series. The seires sucked at some points, and this, my friends, was it's lowest point.

    One sequel too many

What is it with slasher style horrors that makes people do so many sequels. After endless sequels to other films like Halloween, A Nightmare On Elm Street and Hellraiser, the writers scrape the bottom of the barrel with this film. Jason is frozen, re-animated, and kills everyone except for the hero/heroine, basically that sums up the story. Look out for a sequel ''Friday 13th XI - Jason's Revenge'' Where Jason in a peak of rage at shoddy storylines kills the screen writers of this film and retires to Camp Crystal Lake to go fishing.

The worst slasher film I have ever seen!

Jason X is the typicall slasher flick with lots of gore and really bad actors and actresses. The film makes fun of itself with stupid jokes that people get tired of. The film doesn't explain how Jason Voorhes came back into the picture after ''Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday.'' As usual, the only good actor in the film is the one who doesn't speak--the man who played Jason Voorhes. The film isn't scarey at all. It's so predictable that you can tell who will die and who will live when you meet all the characters. Jason X is the best film in the Jason Voorhes series. But sadly, that means that the other films before it were just plain horrible. It went from an insane murderer to a demon who won't die even though its happened many times. It's another slasher film that didn't have to be made. The way the characters die is so dumb and so incredibly gory. A girl's face is frozen and chattered on a table. A guy is pushed into a giant screw and rows down it. The gore is needless as the film is. As advice, don't even rent it. You'll waste money you didn't have to when you spend money on a movie that actually is remotely good.
