Annoying & Disappointing
The first of the two workouts was the Latin Dance segment. The music could barely pass for Latin music and the dance sequences were dull and repetitive. The second of the two workouts, the yoga fat burning segment, was worse. There was little instruction on how to correctly maintain each pose, probably because instead of holding each pose, Leisa Hart would have you do some kind of pulsing or bouncing movement. Her breathing instructions, which were mainly to puff and blow with each pulse/bounce, are opposite the deep inhalations and exhalations encouraged by most yoga practioners.
