Six Year Old Daughter LOVED IT!!

My six year old daughter thoroughly enjoyed Little Miss Broadway. I believe this movie has begun her Shirley Temple collection, as she has requested more Shirley Temple movies (but only the colorized versions...LoL!!). I would recommend this movie for any little girl because its wholesome, clean and family oriented. A lot of these shows now-a-days on t.v. are a bit over the top and too advanced for the audience they are suppose to be catered to (and I'm a pretty "hip" 33 year old mom, but some of these shows are like...REALLY??!!). So, I'm glad this is something she is interested in because I can remember watching some of these as a child myself, so its almost like passing down a little bit of memories. :-)

If all the world were paper

My nan was OBSESSED with Shirley Temple films. And I was brought up on Little Miss Broadway, Heidi, Littlest Rebel and of course Captain January. I must say I absolutly love this film. Its so entertaining and 'if all the world were paper' is a great song. My favourite part of the film is when Betsy is dancing in her white outfit on the stage with the roof top scenery. Its great.
