The ball is used as a weight is some positions, like the tree, which increases the difficulty. In other positions, such as the warrior, the ball is beneath you to support your body, which decreases the difficulty. Sarah Ivanhoe is a pleasant narrator to listen to and she presents a slow and focused workout.
