    I Also Recommend:

    A good pilates tuner

    Although I've been devoted to Rodney Yee's yoga tapes for a few years, I've found pilates more invigorating and a better toning method. This workout does the job. I like the pace and it works the abs well. Does the job. A nice daily routine for me.

    I have tried several ab dvds and this is by far the absolute best one. You start to see results immediately!

    Best Beginner Pilates DVD!!!!

    I have purchased a few DVDs in my search for a good Core workout that was authentic Pilates at a pace that actually moved me. This IS THE ONE! The instructor is engaging and inspiring. Directions are clear. Pace is neither too slow or too fast. Adjustments for beginner, intermediate, & advanced enthusiasts of Pilates will all find this one rewarding & effective.

    Great video

    Ive only been using this DVD for two days and I already feel my abs working. Some of the stuff is hard maybe because this is my first time ever doing pilates, but I have fun pushing myself and I know that over time I'll be able to do everything. I love this DVD and I would definitely recommend to everyone.

    This is an amazing work out. You will really help the muscles get toned. The only drawback is that I think a lot of the stuff is hard to do for a beginner. It was hard to do for me a lot of the time and I'm in shape, but if you keep doing it, you'll work up to being able to do it all. A good challenge.

    Feel the Burn!

    Ouch! An exercise routine that makes me hurt like this one did just has to be effective. That deep, sharp burn lets you know you're working muscles you've seldom worked before. My diagnosis? This tape is super-duper!

    Great video!

    I am a beginner and this is a great video. I could definitely feel it all over especially my abs eventhough it was a 30 minute workout. I would recommend this video to everyone.

    WOW - great workout

    I did this 4 months after having my baby while visiting my mom. I was so thrilled to do something other than crunches. There are 2 levels - Ana does the advanced and there is another gal doing more beginner moves. I was sore for 4 days after doing this routine. As soon as I got back from my trip, I HAD to order this DVD.

    great ab toner

    This workout is great for beginners in pilates and experts. Ana Caban provides two examples one for beginners and she is the advanced example. The workout tones and tightens the abs. You will DEFINITELY feel your abs burning after this workout.
