Slow and easy has a rather good outer thigh segment.
Still trying to shed the last stubborn but thankfully somewhat compacted 10-15lbs of weight gain--I thought I would try Pilates to bring variation to my workout routine. I was told Pilates was challenging. I personally found this far too easy. I didn't break a sweat. If you are a beginner you might like this program. You will have to watch it through to pick up the moves. This is for toning...weight loss? I don't know. Follow it with a good 20 minute walk. I'm going back to my Yoga. I have been practicing Rodney Yee's Power Yoga for a couple years now. My Yoga is far more challenging and I have a greater sense of completion for having done it.
