    Buns of steal!!

I was a little skeptical about purchasing this dvd. There were no reviews and I've never heard of Erin O'Brien, but I am very happy to have purchased it. If you are a looking for a good workout this is it. I have bought 4 other workout dvds, but this one's my favorite. It's the only one that has made me sweat and feel the burn (mostly legs and buns). No need to worry ladies it is not too intense for pregnancy, she is also pregnant. The setting is perfect I felt as if Erin O'Brien was over at my house and we were best buds. Oh, and you don't need any equipment you can use the furniture in your living room-a chair and a mat/towel. I only wish she would have made more workout dvd's to vary my workouts but I have other dvds. If you need a pick up get very cheery Denise Austin's Fit & Firm pregnancy is a fun cardio workout and you can vary the workouts. Looking to tone your upper body get Gabrielle Reese Complete Fit & Healthy Pregnancy workout.

    Great for toning

I spent some time looking for a video like this; a no-nonsense, minimal coddling, safe, effective prenatal workout.
The toning in this video is no joke. I am in my 5th month and workout regularly; at the end of the Dynamic Movement segment my legs were on fire.

Pro's: A no-fluff toning workout, able to play by chapters/segments, Instructor being very pregnant is great motivator.

Con's: Erin is a bit hard to hear at times and she moves very quickly from one exercise to the next.

I would absolutely recommend this to someone who is looking to do more than stretch!
