Living as a kid in NY during the Forties

this is a movie that brings back thoughts of the 1940's with a touch of flair.. Woody Allen takes you back to the childhood of a New York kid who pretty much gets into all sorts of sititutions that will have you in stitches ... the story is told like that classic "The Christmas Story"... This brigs back the golden age of radio.. thus Radio Days is Funny.. heart warming and witty... Enjoy

Classic portrayal of some Radio Days passed

Woody Allen does a good job of portraying his humor back to a 30's - 40's America when life revolved around the radio. A great view of an east coast family, bundled up with crazy neighbors, and elaborate stories to bring back some wonderful memories of simpler times.

tThe Crown Jewel of all Woody Allen Films

Possibly one of the best films woody Allen has ever made. It recreates a time and place so lovingly that it tugs and tears the heartstrings of emotions. There are scenes so beautifully realized that you wish you were a part of this world that has all but vanished from memory! A must see film for anyone who remembers, or who cares to remember, those magic days of radio!
