    Good old fashioned thrills and twists, and love and murder.

    Where has this movie been hidden? And why?? I didn't hear of it in 1994, but I am so glad that I got to see it today. A mix of almost fantasy and reality in the way it was shot. Wonderful cinematography very well put together. Gorgeous period costumes and sets from the 1950's. Funny, I didn't find it a comedy, but a wonderful "who done it"/ love story.(actually two love stories if you add in the touching sweet story of the "lesbian" Missionaries) Perfectly cast, great performances. It kept my complete interest from beginning to end. If it were a book, you wouldn't be able to put it down. "When I was young I would have traveled the world with nothing more than a small bag of sweets". (a small quote from the movie, hope I got it right)
