    I Also Recommend:

    Very Interesting Movie

I was immediately interested in this movie upon looking at it, and inevitabely, I took advantage of a bargain at a local store and just bought it. I am a big fan of Quentin Tarrentino too, and his involvement in it interested me too. I am not going to go into detail about what the movie is about, because you can just read the synopsis on the movie's main page for that. However, though I wasn't totally blown away by the movie, I thought that it was pretty good. I particularly liked seeing the fusing of the old west with some Japanese culture in it, and most of the acting, though a little of it was kind of sub par, was pretty good on the whole. Each of the events in the movie eventually builds up to one big shoot out at the end. All in all, I thought this movie was pretty engrossing. If you like westerns or even Japanese stuff, I would recommend at least giving this movie a watch and see what you think.

    Ugh. I was so disappointed.

The previews made this seem like it would be a very funny spoof of spaghetti westerns but, no, not really funny. It's based more on the War of the Roses (the actual event, not the movie) and then thrown into a weird conglomeration of asian cinema and bad spaghetti westerns. It looks cool, but was so boring that he went to bed in the middle and I fell asleep. Maybe you have to REALLY like spaghetti westerns. I don't know.
