    Don't Buy It!!!!!

As a martial arts instructor and a Napma Certified Kick Boxing instructor, I found this tape horrible! She doesn't even change the routine. It continues to be the same moves repeated over and over again. Her round house kicks are really side kicks. Her punches have horrible form. She stretches her neck out the incorrect way that could lead to injury. and last but not least she ends her video telling one of her students that she will kill her for saying that she is not tired yet. Over all this is the worst video I have ever seen in my career. Please don't waste your hard earned money on this video! Thank you!

    Not recommended

I bought the videos because I was impressed with the show. This tape never went into how to make sure I didn't hurt myself. The pace was fast and unless I had a big area to have all my workout items laid out I wasn't able to keep up. After 8 mins I turned it off because I was trying so hard to keep up that I wasn't making sure I was staying safe. I ended up pulling my neck muscles and hurting my knees.

Really enjoy these DVD's - working well for me!

I will start by saying I have never taken martial arts classes, so I am not looking at any of these DVD's as instructive in the martial arts. Simply put they are great workouts. They average 22 - 25 minutes (plus cool-down/stretching), and they are a perfect fit for my morning routine. The workouts are sufficiently difficult (there are easier versions of many of the exercises, but even those were difficult when I started), and I still wind up dripping sweat when I'm finished even though I've been doing them consistently for 5 months. I attribute much of my success in weight-loss to this set of DVD's. I do one of these plus walk about 2 miles per weekday and have dropped 30 pounds since starting them in January (it is now May). Yes, I've been watching what I eat as well, but I find these DVD's to be a great asset to any weight-loss or healthy living program. Be warned, you need to be in some semblance of decent physical shape to do some of the exercises. And I would recommend starting with very light weights and working your way up as you progress. Enjoy - I certainly recommend this set!
