    The Perfect Storm by Sebastian Junger, illustrates the tragic st

    The Perfect Storm by Sebastian Junger, illustrates the tragic story of a small sword fishing boat known as the Andrea Gail.This story takes place off the coast of Gloucester Massachusetts in october of 1991. The crew set out into deep sea a few days before the storm seeking to catch some swordfish. The crew had some trouble at the beginning of their journey actually catching swordfish. The captain, Billy Tyne did not want to come home from from a long sword fishing trip empty handed so he ventured out even further into the sea. During the Andrea Gail’s Arrival they began to encounter a sailors nightmare, powerful winds, Choppy waters with massive waves. This storm could not have possibly been worse, Junger calls it “The Perfect Storm”. The crew decides to keep going through this deadly storm, this decision cost the lives of seven man and the Andrea Gail herself.(less)

    It was an okay movie. A few parts looked really fake but overall it was good luv george clooney! yum bye

    perfect storm blows other ocean bound movies out of the water

    This is by far the best film of the past summer i really enjoyed watching this movie it kept my full attention through the whole thing even though it wasslow going at the beginning it kept me on the edge of my seat through the last 2 hours when the suspence built the perfect storm takes alot of twists and turns but it is still a good film if you havent seen it i advise you to go to your nearest video store and rent it.....
