    The Carousel in Venice

Meet a few orphans, Prospero and Bo, two boys running away from their mean aunt and her husband, who try to separate the two brothers- As a result, Prospero ‘kidnaps’ Bo. They run away to the city they know about from their mother: Venice! But trouble rides a fast horse! Bo and ‘Prop’, as six year old Bo calls him, are followed by their aunt and uncle. They soon meet the ‘thief lord’ and his thief friends, which include Hornet. And when their aunt and uncle hire a detective, Victor, things get extra tricky. He starts trying to find them, and he starts questioning Bo. Then, throw in money-lover and hard-bargaining Ernesto and some mysterious people who want a wing off a carousel, along with a ‘deserted’ island, and some scary dogs… Well, Prop and Bo are soon in over their heads… All in one magical city, Venice! The Thief Lord, based on the book by Cornelia Funke, is one of the best movies ever, so don’t miss it! It is rated PG, and it is best for 9-12 year olds. Although they cut out some stuff and changed a name or two (Barborosa became Ernesto…), this new movie is awesome!
