    THE QUINTESSENTIAL THRILLER!

The Quintessential Thriller! A formidable cast of Robert Redford, Faye Dunaway, Max von Sydow, and Cliff Robertson put together a nail-biter of a suspense thriller. Sydow is unforgettable as the icy cold and unshakable professional assassin who stalks Redford every minute of the film right to the end. If you thought the nation is concerned about the supply of Middle Eastern Oil today, then you will enjoy with goosepimples the plot that Redford unwittingly stumbles upon, a plan to seize oil fields after multiple crises in the 1970s. From that moment on, Redford wears a bullseye on his chest unless he as the prey can outwit the predators who would kill him. Awesome flick.

    The Soundtrack? What?...

This movie has got to be one of the all time greats. I think right up there with Casablanca, different kind of movie but greatness. However, the movie promoters sent premire tickets to our radio station that year and Columbus Ohio and radio station WVKO went to see this movie. I t was absolutely great. But as we (disc jockeys) news people and others were watching the movie, I turned to KC Jones and said '' are you getting this soundtrack, its was great also, thats when we learned about Dave Grusin. I have owned this album 3 times and now I can not find the CD. Help!!!

    Great Movie!

Faye Dunaway and Robert Redford did a great acting job. They made you believe that they were like the characters they played. The movie took you back to the good old days when the world was a better place. I highly recommend this movie.

    Everyman Fighting for His America

America has been called the Vineyard of Liberty. Like everything that is alive it needs tending. The hero in this story is doing his part to see that the Vineyard keeps its liberties intact.
My favorite movie line comes from this film. "I don't think so."
    Redford and Dunaway are wonderful.
