Surreal
In this wonderfully surrealistic movie, everything in Jeremy Irons' history course is a story-a story in which he tries to teach his students about. It involves his past and his difficulties among them strange family dynamics, abortion teenage sex and its consequences. I was in awe over the music, complimenting an already melancholy. A story that everybody knows, but does not discuss openly. This type of movie revives a sense that concealments of your past do finally catch up with you. After all, no story ends happily.
