    Another Great DVD from Jason Crandell

    This DVD offers three yoga sequences each with a different focus. These well conceived sequences really deliver in an accessible, easy to follow format. You can spread your practice through out the day or do them sequentially for a complete, balanced yoga practice. The poses flow smoothly and efficiently so you get quite a bit of movement into a short period of time but never feel rushed. You finish feeling stretched and strong and calm. The sleep sequence really can help you get to sleep. I highly recommend both this and Jason's first DVD, Morning, Noon and Night.
