Great, quick yoga video!
I borrowed several yoga videos/DVDs from the library before deciding that this was a video I wanted to purchase and utilize throughout my pregnancy. The video is broken out into several segments so you can choose the segment"s" which you have time for. Segments range from about 15 mintes to an hour for the entire disc. The exercises are easy enough to get into position with a big belly, but still allow you to challenge yourself in stretching.
