    Its good

I love her books, but the sex scenes are getting so boring, I end up flipping the pages. Its always the same. Do all the men have how u say ....large egos? Either way the idea is wonderful read, if you passed the sex scenes.

    No Adventure

While the romance and erotica is at it's usual powerful level, this story is a non-story. There is little if any story line only the same recurring theme, which incidently I love. I can find nothing more exciting both physically and sensually than the concept of Carpathians as opposed to the most unsavory vampires, as a love interest hell I wish I could find one. 'Bind me doggone it'. But Aidan as a Carpathian of inimitable strength physically and of character, deserves much more of a show and tell of his attributes, and his position in the Carpathian heirarchy. The story is repetitive and seriously lacking in plot and worse there is nothing available to show all of his strengths and what he is and has to offer other than that he found his lifemate. No meat to this story. He deserves so much more on a level with his brother Justin whose story shows much more effort on the author's part. It just could have been so much better.

    an interesting book

I have only read a few of the books in this series so far, but this one was my favorite. I found Aidan was a lot more likable than other Carpathian males: not as domineering and with a sense of humor. I think this book in the series had the best storyline. There were main characters other than the Carpathian and his lifemate and they made the book more interesting.
