Kirby and the Dark Phoenix: Chapter 16

Kirby and the others rode Dynablade close to the ground. The shrine stood ahead, shining brilliantly in the sun. "Almost there..." Epic said. Then Kirby heard sc<_>reeching behind them. He turned around to find a dozen Drabatirds, carrying Dark Waddle Dees on thier backs. Kirby grabbed the Spark ability from the backpack. He charged for a moment before firing it against three of them. Meta Knight flew and st<_>abbed one Drabatird in the eye. Wheelie tackled one pair when they got too close, while Sir Kibbles to<_>ok ca<_>re of three pairs. This continued until one pair and the rideless Dark Waddle Dee was left, which fled. Kirby took this as a sign that Daro knew where the gang are at, and will do anything to stop them.
The inside of the shrine was beautiful. It was gold, with engravings of the events in the legend of the Light Phoenix and the Dark Phoenix. In the center was a gold figure, shaped like an eagle holding a sword, standing on a marble pedestal. "So, where's the sword?" Epic said, searching the statue. When she touched an engraved gold star, the figure sprang to life. Only the beak and legs remained gold colored. The feathers were pure white, and the eyes glowed blue. "Lira." Lumin said. "It is I." Replied Lira. "I suppose you came for the Light Sword, Kirby?" Kirby nodded. "You must prove your worth. Fi<_>ght me." Epic asked "Why? Can't you just give it to us?" The Light Phoenix said "I became what you might call a guardian. Guardians do not give up thier possessions so easily." "Oh." Epic said. "Shall we begin?" Said Lira. Kirby nodded again, and after Meta Knight hand Kirby his sword, he began the first st<_>rike.
((That made no sense what so ever. But remember I'm organizing this in worlds and bosses, so Lira is the 4th boss.))
