    Reccommended

This is an important book for any man diagnosed with prostate cancer. Dr. Katz provides some important information that is not found in other books. He describes new advances in cryotherapy, which make that form of treatment worth considering. He presents a very interesting case for how diet and life style changes can benefit prostate cancer patients. His holistic active surveillance program is important to consider.

Read all of the books and articles that you can find. Don't panic. Take time to decide the best course of action. Good Luck!

Recommended reading for people with and without prostate cancer

Dr Katz hits it home with his knowledge of what prostate cancer is, how to reach a decision as to what kind of treatment to pursue by laying it all out there.
He brings understanding to an uncomfortable subject for men who would otherwise have no interest in the subject until it is too late.
The vast array of preventive methods and different types of treatment one can pursue by being made to understand what has been diagnosed for him are invaluable.
This is a book for both sufferers and non-sufferers of prostate cancer.
It is educational, informative and worth every minute of your time to read and feel better about yourself.
