The first few pages are about basic dehydrating with some charts, etc. Unfortunately, on the nook version half the charts are missing from the pages. There are a handful of fruit leather recipes. The rest of the recipes are standard recipes that use rehydrated dried food in them. It is not a cookbook for making meals that can then be dehydrated. The recipes sound good, but the ingredient list is frequently missing amounts. Just a question mark instead of how many cups of something the recipe requires. I don't know if this is just a problem with the ebook version, or if they actually let this go to press like this. Either way I could never recommend anyone spend money on this joke of a cookbook.
