    Unique Paranormal!

Harris Channing has pulled together an interesting and rather unique read with The Demon Is In The Details. Stella isn't your typical heroine. She wants nothing to do with her old life, a childhood with an abusive aunt. But when her aunt dies, she realizes that to move on, she must return home to confront her demons, figuratively and literally. When she meets Zane, she falls in love for the first time. But Zane isn't who she thinks she is and Stella's hometown has changed, for the worst. Stella must not only confront her past, but also learn to accept who she truly is in order to save not only the world, but Zane. When Zane enters the story, you instantly fall for the guy, a man who has lived for thousands of years and is torn between his desire and his obligation. I really enjoyed watching Stella change and come into her own, truly becoming one kick-ass heroine. The love story is sweet and sexy and the action/adventure will keep you flipping the pages. This is a really unique paranormal romance!

Stella Campbell had no desire to go back to Silverton, GA, ever.

Stella Campbell had no desire to go back to Silverton, GA, ever.  But her sadistic, witchy aunt has died and she must put the house up for sale and bury the old hag.  Coming back means facing her fears.  Things that her aunt put her through many years ago still haunt her to this day.  Is she strong enough to face this place yet again?

Zane Weathers is a warrior.  He has lived centuries fighting the battle against all evil.  Then his gut brings him to Silverton and right to Stella Campbell.  The attraction he feels for her hits him like a freight train.  Can he protect her from the evil she faces?  And what will come of these feelings he is having towards her?

I really enjoyed this book.  It had me in its grasp from the beginning.  It was suspenseful, steamy, and even had some funny parts at times!  Harris Channing has done a fabulous job on this book and I can’t wait to read more. I highly recommend this book!

This is the second book that I have read by Harris Channing and I was just as happy with this one as I was the other. This is a paranormal romance and a really good one at that. Stella has to return to her home town in South Georgia after her aunt has died. She has to return to a house that something horrible has happened to her and get it cleaned out. While she is there a vehicle pulls into the driveway and someone get out. His name is Zane and he is there to inquire about painting the house. That is not his only reason. (I don't know how authors get these worlds built and these characters made so real.) There are Demons after Stella and Zane is there to help her. This was so much fun to read and the ending was great. Get a copy and read it for yourself.

The Demon is in the Details author: Harris Channing
This is the second book I have read by this author and boy I am glad I did. Although the other book was a historical romance this one is paranormal I feel the author can write in both genre’s give the reader a really good story
The story is about Stella, who must return to a place that she both fears and dreads to put her dead aunt’s estate to rights. Zane has wandered the earth for years protecting the innocent from demons and this is how their path’s cross. Stella is being persecuted by the demons, which means Zane must try even if it costs him his life to protect her as she may be the key to saving humanity.
The story was fast paced and kept me interested during the whole book.   It was a great blend of romance, suspense, paranormal along with a decent amount of steam. I will look forward to reading more about Stella, Zane and Alex protecting the innocents from the world of demons.
If you enjoy paranormal you will want to read this book it’s one you will enjoy
