A Must for People with or who work with Depression
I am a counselor in a psychiatric hospital and find this book very useful. I recommend it to all the patients and staff. It has come in useful in groups as well. It reinforces what I have long taught and gives people a great tool. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.

Readable and Enjoyable
A book about depression that is enjoyable? You have to take a look. Engaging, not lengthy, gets quickly to the experiencial point, as she usually does, Cheri Huber gives anyone who desires change something to think about. One fascinating aspect for me is that she does this without borrowing proper nouns from either psycological figures like Freud or Jung nor from Zen jargon even in what must be near her own school of thought. She just tells it like she sees it and asks if it fits what you're wearing. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
