such a good book- really helpful!!!

My therapist suggested that I read Depression for Dummies. We worked together on some of the exercises and they really helped me. I really liked the way the authors explained how medication worked. Also enjoyed the chapter called 'Getting out of bed.' Thanks!

Another MUST HAVE from the DUMMY Series...

This is another great book to help you work with your counselor or therapist, psychologist...whatever...or just by yourself...as added help. Just go slow and take your time, but just know this is does work.
