The desert war in World War II as covered by a journalist.
I read this book in 2001. It was very helpful to read about the war in North Africa from the point of view of a journalist. As one might expect it was well written. It peeked my interest in the war in North Africa and caused me to read a few other books on the subject. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. With the fighting currently going on in Lybia in the news, It reminds me that even though over 60 years have passed they still having some of the same supply problems due to the road network and landscape.
