"Detox Strategy" by Brenda Watson
I have watched Brenda Watson on PBS a few times and I've always liked her presentations. Therefore, when I was browsing Barnes-n-Nobles' isles one day, and saw this book (on sale), I decided to get it.
I've read the entire book and I liked it because the books' information is easy to grasp and the conceps made sense to me.
Brenda's solutions are easy to apply. It only take a bit of researching and going to a Natural Food store (such as WHOLE FOODS) to pick up a few health supplements, then trying them out. I did, and found Brenda's suggestions to be quite helpful.1 out of 1 people found this review helpful.

Enough Already
I sampled this book. BORING! The first 34 pages I read made me want to burn the book not buy it. This doctor has the audacity to inject her comments about the myth of global warming and all the many statistics about body toxins and how they relate to our deteriotating planet. Give me a break already. Give me answers not pages of endless stats. There's no way I would buy this book.
